I had a lawn mower fire beside the house causing siding/door/concrete damage. I need some estimates. |
I would like to schedule an assessment and cleaning estimate for a unit in a fourplex that I own. The tenants that vacated the unit were heavy smokers. The property manager had the unit professionally cleaned, new carpet installed, and new paint on the walls, ceilings, and trim. However, the cigarette smell is still noticeable. The painter did not wash the walls or ceilings before painting and did not apply any primer. We used a chlorine dioxide fogger which reduced the smell. Thanks. |
